We are looking for a locum to provide care to our patients from 8:00am to 5:00pm on the above dates. The provider will be seeing patients ages 0-18 for Physicals and Sick visits. Our providers see four patients in an hour.
We use the EMR system Office Practicum which is pediatric specific. All labs performed at our office are clia waived. We use CHADIS for all our surveys which are scored and in the patient's Chart.
We are a Patient Centered Medical Home and provide care that is solely evidence-based medicine.
