    -Compensation is negotiable and based on experience, with a starting range of $180k-$220k
    -Willing to compensate experienced providers based on credentials and the ability to supervise team members
    -Production incentives are available to those that embody a strong work ethic and provide care within the community

  • Additional Info: Hampton Roads, located outside of Virginia Beach, delivers care to those that would otherwise not be able to afford it. Our pediatrician will help provide this continuity of care to our child and adolescent community.
    JOB DESCRIPTION:
    -Develops a plan of care for each patient, including complete medical history, physician examination, diagnosis, appropriate treatment, and/or referral, including hospitalization, when necessary.
    -Uses all available resources and treatment, such as laboratory and radiological testing, appropriately and cost-effectively.
    -Completes EMR according to practice standards and closes charts within the appropriate time frame.
    -Is well-versed in relevant outpatient medicine relative to a pediatric patient panel
    QUALIFICATIONS:
    -Understands the mission and practice of a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC)
    -Comfortable in outpatient medicine and able to communicate effectively with a varied patient panel
    -BE/BC
    -Will accept new grads
    -Licensed in
