  • Additional Info:
    - The Pediatrician Medical Director provides general pediatrician medical services to patients.
    - Supervises the operations of the Medical department at that site and maintains medical policies and standards.
    - Supervises and evaluates the performance of the medical staff and participates as a member of the clinic’s management team in planning, organizing, and evaluating services.
    - The IHC is a Patient Centered Health Home & all employees are an integral part of this model of care delivery.
    Requirements:
    - 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in a community clinic setting
    - 2 years of supervisory/leadership experience in a clinical setting preferred
    - Experience in Quality Improvement processes and policy development
    - Knowledge of and ability to relate to the American Indian community and other minority populations
    - EMR: eClinicalWorks
