  • Hours:M-T-W 8:30am to 4:30pm, Thurs. 11am to 8pm, Sat. 9am to 4pm

  • Sign-On Bonus: $10000
  • Compensation: - Starts at $120 per hour and goes up based on experience and credentialing
    - Up to $10,000 Sign-on Bonus & Relocation package available

    DETAILS:
    - Part-Time position
    - Provide direct primary care and ambulatory outpatient care to clinic patients
    - Provide supervision and consultation to physician assistants and nurse practitioners
    -Provide consultation services to practitioners by telephone as necessary
    QUALIFICATIONS:
    - CA license REQUIRED
    - 1-year experience in an ambulatory care setting REQUIRED
    - Experience in FQHC PREFERRED
    - Bilingual (SPAN-ENG) PREFERRED
