  • Additional Info: This is a float position where the provider will spend their time split between 2 locations,
    Penn Yan and Bath locations-about 30 minutes driving distance between locations. However, the provider will be scheduled so that adequate time can be spent at each location (Ex: M,T-Bath location | W-F-Penn Yan location)
    Qualifications:
    • A current, unrestricted PA, NY License required
    • National board certification required; Family medicine or med-peds required
    • CPR certification required (can be provided)
    • Prior experience is required
    • Excellent customer service and problem solving skills
    • Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with personnel, patients, and community partners
    • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
    • The ability to work flexible hours -- some evenings are required
    • The ability to communicate fluently in both Spanish and English is preferred
