Locums Physician Assistant Job in Rural Northern California



  • Coverage dates: ASAP-ongoing

  • Must be open to a potential permanent job

  • Four ten hour shifts a week, 8a-6p

  • hours of patient contact per day; hours of admin time

  • See both walk-in and scheduled patients

  • 18-20 patients per shift

  • Credentialing takes ~2 weeks

  • Must see all ages

  • Must have a Federal DEA in hand

  • Must be comfortable with rural healthcare

  • Will work with two other advanced practitioners

  • EMR: NextGen
