  • Additional Info: As an expansion of Summit Health's Primary Care Team, we are seeking an experienced Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to care for our growing population. This position will host a panel and will work with a collegial group of physicians at our Old Mill Clinic.
    Responsibilities:
    - Establishing Care for new or return patients
    - Seeing Same-day patients
    - Patient education
    - Assisting with In-Basket Messages
    - Being a key member of our team delivering quality care in our open access model
    Qualifications:
    - Minimum of 1 year of experience required
    - OR State license
