• Additional Info: The Primary and Specialty Care outpatient clinic at Pantops seeks an experienced Provider to join a well-established outpatient clinic in Charlottesville, VA. Providing team-based adult primary care, the selected LIP will be responsible for the following:
  - Medical assessment based on patient history, symptoms and physical findings
  - Development of evidence-based treatment plans
  - Ordering or performing relevant diagnostic tests
  - Patient education on self-management of acute or chronic illnesses
  Patient-facing care will be provided for eight sessions per week, distributed among direct, collaborative, triage and women's health. The remaining two sessions per week will be allotted to pre-and post-clinical care.
  A minimum of three years of experience in primary care is required with four or more years of experience preferred. Five years of non-primary care experience post-training will be ;/li>
