  - Chalfont Family Practice was started in 1969 and is conveniently located only 40-45 minutes north of Philadelphia, PA and hours south of NYC. The practice has exceptional tenure and currently consists of 5 family physicians, 2 PAs, and 1 NP.
  - Thanks to our strong ties within the community, you'll enjoy providing care to our established patient panel that consists of multi-generational families, as well as, new patients.
