  • Additional Info: Provides comprehensive care to patients through evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment at FHH.
    JOB DESCRIPTION:
    - Performs medical evaluations using history, physical examination, laboratory
    tests, and other indicated procedures.
    -Documents patient visits according to FHH policy, and federal, and state regulations.
    - Participates in provider meetings on a regular basis.
    -Supports the regular monitoring of patient satisfaction through an annual survey process.
    -Provides input regarding the performance improvement plan and satisfactorily
    meets stated clinical measurements to include productivity.
    QUALIFICATIONS:
    -Must be certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician
    Assistants and a graduate of a Physician Assistant program accredited by the Review Commission on Education for the Physician Assistant.
    -Licensed in MD state
    -DEA
    -Maryland Controlled Dangerous Substance license
    -Understand the nuances and patient panel of an FQHC and the community we serve
