Providers see between 10 and 20 patients per day in the Rural Health ;Salary range between $85,000 - $100,;Average daily inpatient census is 1. Long term care census is 23-24. The emergency room visits average 40-50 per month so while on call, providers are not onsite, but must be available to respond within 20 minutes. Physician shares call with the full-time PA 1-2 week nights, holidays, and 1:3 weekends. No surgery, no OB. Requires procedures such as : suturing, casting, basic lesion removal, others as worked out with Medical ;
