Occupational Medicine NP/PA
Established practice with 1 MD, 1 Mid-Level, 1 Chronic Disease Nurse Navigator, 1 Certified Health Coach, 1 Registered Dietician, and 1 Tobacco Treatment Specialist.
Outpatient only
No call
Responsible for responding to code
No ICU duties
Weekly work schedule/hours: 8 hours/day 32 hours/week 4 days/week
Required procedures: Urgent Care/Minor Care
CREDENTIALING: 60 days
