Orthopaedic NP/PA for maternity coverage
Combination of clinic work, hospital rounds, weekday, weeknight and weekend call
Coverage at 1 facility - level 1 trauma center
Average of 3 OR days a week, 1 weekend of call per month, 1 weeknight call
Orthopedic trauma - assisting with management of acute fractures and orthopedic injuries in the inpatient setting including consultations, procedures such as splinting/reductions, daily rounding, OR first assist
(Mon, Tues, Thurs and some Fridays, 7:00am - 5pm). 1 clinic day/week (Wed) from 8am - 3:30pm.
