  Responsibilities:
  - Obtain patient histories and perform physical examinations?
  - Order or perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures
  - Formulate a working diagnosis
  - Review all lab and imaging results
  - Prepare surgical packet for OR cases for the supervising physician by completing H&P, and reviewing each chart to ensure that the doctor has all that is required to complete the case
  - Develop and implement a treatment plan
  - Monitor the effectiveness of therapeutic interventions
  - Offer counseling and education to meet patient needs
  - Ordering and prescribing medications
  - Responsible for completing clinical forms in order to obtain prior authorization for prescription drugs
  - Serve as the first in line between staff and supervising physician, handling all callbacks that are triaged by the medical secretary and/or front-end staff

  - 1-year experience preferred
  - Physician Assistant License
  - BLS Certification
