Prestigious clinic has an employed full time position for a PA-C or ARNP in the Urgent Care Department at our clinic:

• Five years of current clinical experience as an ARNP or PA-C in full family care is required for this position; such as Urgent Care, Family Medicine or Emergency Department.


• This practice is open Monday through Sunday each week.


• Scheduled days rotate among the ; Some weekend shifts are required, typically with each provider taking one weekend per month.


• There is no call rotation for this position.


• For new providers, compensation for the first two years is a guarantee based on the MGMA 50^th ; After the first two years, compensation is based on provider productivity.  


• On an annual basis, there is an opportunity for APCs to earn an additional $15,000 bonus for achieving specific quality goals.


• Compensation plan includes:
  
  
  
  • Paid medical malpractice insurance, certifications, licensure, etc.
  
  
  • Competitive insurance benefits including medical, vision, dental, disability, and life ;
  
  
  • Employer contributions to pension plan.
  
  
  • Up to $3,000 per year for CME.
  
  
  • Up to 35 days scheduled time away from the clinic, as approved, inclusive of vacation, sick time and CME.
  
  
  
  


• Recruitment incentives, relocation assistance, and student loan repayment are subject to individual needs and market conditions.


• Each provider typically see 35 to 40 patients per day.
