Job Specifications

-The schedule is 1:00pm – 1:30am, three 12 hour shifts per ; This position is 36 scheduled clinical hours and 4 scheduled hours of administrative ; This position rotates working every other weekend.

-Would work one to one with the Emergency Department physicians, whose schedule is 7:00am – 7:30pm and 7:00pm – 7;

·Recruitment incentives (sign on bonus) may be available, subject to individual and market conditions.
-Compensation plan is $95,000 – $130,000 depending on ; The person in this role can pick up extra shifts for a flat rate of $420 per 6 hour shift and $820 per12 hour shift.

·Time ; Since the providers are on a productivity model, they receive up to 35 days scheduled time away from the clinic, as approved, inclusive of vacation, sick time and CME.

-There are 17,000 ED visits annually, 82 visits on a high day and 40 visits for a low day.
·A relocation / transition payment is available to relocating providers, case by case basis, depending on specific provider.

·Quality incentive.  APCs are eligible for up to $15,000 additional compensation annually for quality measures that are reviewed and set each year.
