Position Overview:


We are excited to announce a rewarding opportunity for a BC/BE Critical Care physician to join our esteemed critical care team near Notre Dame, IN. This position is open to experienced physicians and welcomes new fellows looking to make a meaningful impact in a collaborative healthcare environment.


Position Details:


Critical Care Unit Details:



  • Join our closed 32-bed general ICU, providing a specialized and focused environment

  • Average physician census ranging from 12 to 16 on day shifts

  • Day/Night rotation with a structured 7 on/7 off schedule for optimal work-life balance

  • Full-service community hospital offering comprehensive services, including Interventional Cardiology & CT surgery, Neurosurgery, Pulmonology, General Surgery, and Interventional Radiology

  • Experienced nursing staff ensuring high-quality patient care

  • Equipped with all necessary tools for bedside procedures, including bedside ultrasound and advanced difficult airway equipment

  • Collaborate with a dedicated Hospitalist service managing general inpatient units
