  • Comprehensive, general PM&R practice with management of axial skeletal injury

  • EMG’s desired but not required

  • Community call, roughly 1:6

  • Outpatient therapy provided by therapists who sub-specialize in neuro, pediatric and musculoskeletal pain formats

  • Practice is generally 85% outpatient, 15% inpatient

  • We enjoy excellent working relationships with a full continuum of neuro musculoskeletal of specialists including: Neurosurgery, Neurology, Orthopedic Surgery, Interventional Neuro-radiology, Interventional Pain and Internal Medicine and all medicine subspecialties

  • Excellent schools, friendly community
