Outpatient addiction med clinic need a locum to start ASAP. Clinic not available for interviews until 3/22 and then need 2-3 weeks for cred. Contract 6-8 weeks.
Must be local candidate.
Monday-Friday 7am-10am
Physician only unless mid-level has X waiver and waivered with NC State for admissions
Do you provide methadone or Suboxone assisted treatments? Yes- Methadone, Subutex (OTP), Suboxone (OBOT)
Does the locum need to have a Suboxone x waiver? Yes
How many patients per day will the locum see? 3-6
