Role- Outpatient Clinic Physician Annual Compensation Estimate of time spent Unit of time
 
Required Scope of Work
* 35 hours OP medication management 5 hours administrative time (4-10hr ok) $270,000 40 hours Per Week
* One weekend per month supervising 3 residents seeing 6 patients each $27,500 6-8 Hours Per Weekend Day
* Reimbursement towards CME, journals, etc.$3,600 per year
* Sign-on Bonus and relocation expenses(one-time): Money is recoverable if Physician terms with 12 months of start date $20,000 Paid directly by District
* Reimbursement for Professional Development related to GME Paid directly by District
* Reimbursement towards two professional organizations related to GME/Psychiatry Residency Training Directors Paid directly by District
* Total Compensation $ 297,500
* Total Compensation including bonus $311,000
