    -$25,000 annual bonus earning potential based on quality and productivity performance

  • Additional Info: Provides comprehensive care to patients through evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment at FHH, with a primary focus to a pediatric patient panel
    JOB DESCRIPTION:
    - Maintains appropriate standards for treatment, including therapeutic modalities
    and prescribing practices.
    - Performs mental health evaluations using history, examination, and other
    indicated procedures.
    -Documents patient visits according to FHH policy, and federal, and state regulations.
    - Participates in provider meetings on a regular basis.
    -Supports the regular monitoring of patient satisfaction through an annual survey process.
    -Provides input regarding the performance improvement plan and satisfactorily
    meets stated clinical measurements to include productivity.
    QUALIFICATIONS:
    -Experience with a Pediatric panel preferred
    -1 year of minimum experience
    -Licensed in MD state
    -DEA
    -Maryland Controlled Dangerous Substance license
    -Understand the nuances and patient panel of an FQHC and the community we serve
