  • Compensation: - $262,101 - $303,472 based on experience
    - $30,000 sign-on bonus

    - Take an active role in developing, motivating, and supervising a diverse team of professionals
    - Be a strategic business-minded leader with change management and organizational development
    skills
    - Perform medical diagnosis and treatment
    - provide medical direction to subordinate staff
    - evaluate and review the work of mid-level medical practitioners for appropriate diagnosis
    QUALIFICATIONS:
    - CA License REQUIRED
    - DEA License REQUIRED
    - 4+ years of physician experience REQUIRED
    - Leadership experience REQUIRED
    - Bilingual (SPAN-ENG) PREFERRED
