  • Coverage Options: Choose between traveling to perform exams at a leased facility and/or scheduling appointments within your own practice, providing flexibility and autonomy.

  • Compensation: Providers will be compensated per exam conducted, ensuring fair reimbursement for your valuable services.

  • Exam Types: Conduct Initial PTSD exams, follow-up PTSD exams, and other mental health assessments to address the diverse needs of our veteran population.

  • DMA Certification: Certification is available with the opportunity to earn CME credits. Obtain certification if not already privileged.

  • Equipment: Utilize your personal laptop (NO MACs) during examinations for efficient documentation and reporting.

  • Reporting: Submit completed Disability Benefits Questionnaires (DBQs) within 48 hours upon exam completion, focusing on standardized form(s) completion rather than narrative reports.

  • Evaluation Process: Utilize the provider portal for efficient completion of evaluations and documentation.

  • Record Review: Active participation in record reviews is required to maintain comprehensive patient assessments and documentation.
