The position requirements/information:
* Be prepared to cover 8-10 inpatients at any time
* Call weekends can at include at times up to 5 or 6 admissions /day , but usually average 2-3 new per day + follow-ups
* Suggest the Locum also take 1 x per week 24 hr phone call (taking calls from admissions during day and unit from 5pm to 8am)
* I would suggest the Locum take FULL WEEKEND CALL every 5th weekend
