  • Compensation: $130,000-$150,000 based on experience

  • Additional Info: The Nurse Practitioner - Family Practice, Director of Infectious Disease & HIV Prevention Services is a member of clinical leadership who will oversee and expand prevention education, testing, treatment and specialist referral services for HIV and other infectious diseases at ParkTree to decrease the risk of infection and disease transmission and burden in the community we serve.
    The primary areas of focus will be:
    - To increase the number of patients counseled and tested for sexually transmitted infections and diseases including HIV
    - Increase the number of patients prescribed pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP),
    - Provide linkages to HIV and chronic infectious disease care and treatment after diagnosis
    - The position will comprise administrative and clinical functions (appx. 50%/50%) including ensuring all grant deliverables, enhancing patient workflows, providing direct patient care, tracking patient outcomes, supervising staff, educating workforce, and other duties as needed.
