The position requirements/information:
 · 12 hours per week. Days and time are flexible
 · Adults only
 · This is working with a team of MH professionals ( RN, Therapist, Ref coordinator). Provider will be going into community to see patients. Will see 4-6 pts in 8 hour span. Not a demanding position.
