Adult IP/OP ( 80% IP , 15% OP , 5% crisis prevention)
M,T (8-5-IP) W (8-1 IP-1-5 OP) T,F (8-5 IP)
Call 1-4 Weekdays , 1-6-8 Weekends
19 IP beds - 1 seclusion Room
8-10 pts/day - 1 new admit
Med Cks 30-45 min , New evals 70-90 min
3 RNs on inpatient at all times. Charge RN part of this group. Nursing supervisor (1-2) present on unit during the week. 3-4 LCSWs present on weekdays. 2 therapy staff on weekdays. Ratio of patient to CNAs 1:3.
