Outpatient
Child & Adolescent and/or Adult
Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm on-site at one of 3 locations
Adults: 60-minute for initial evaluations, 30 minutes for follow up
Children: 90-minute initial evals, 45 minute follow ups
Support staff: Nursing for medication/injections, UR coaches to help w/ paperwork, clinical social workers, AOD (alcohol and Other Drug) clinicians and therapists
