Active Nebraska License - Required
DEA Certification - Required
Residency in Radiation Oncology - Required
Availability for the dates stated at name clear - Required
Clean Malpractice/background for credentialing - Required
Local, no flights - Preferred
15-30 Patients per day
EMR: EPIC and Mosaic
