  DETAILS:
  - Evaluates and treats patients (including walk-ins and telehealth), writes prescriptions, provides preventive health care advice and case management, assesses psychological impact of illness, and treats or appropriately refers patients, for evaluation and treatment at One Health clinical sites, community sites, and other locations as assigned.
  QUALIFICATIONS:
  - Licensed in the state where you practice REQUIRED
  - DEA License REQUIRED
  - Prior outpatient experience PREFERRED
