150 physician multi specialty group 1 hour east of Los Angeles is looking for two family practice physicians for their urgent care practices. The have three locations and 12 physicians currently. Mostly walk in with some scheduled patients. They are open 365 days a year and the shifts are 10 hours. Work 4 shifts per week and the days rotate. No call and no hospital work. They are offering a very competitive base salary of $220,000 plus bonuses, malpractice, relocation and full benefits that include 29 vacation days, 12 sick days, $2,000 CME allowance, health and dental insurance, disability insurance and 401k after 1 year. They also offer partnership after 2 years. The community has around 75,000 people and is growing fast. The serving area is close to 200,000 people.
