Key Responsibilities:

Clinical Duties:

• Work in the clinic as a provider, delivering high-quality medical services to patients.


• Manage a wide range of urgent care cases, ensuring timely and effective treatment for all patients.

Administrative Duties:

• Serve as the Medical Director for three urgent care locations, providing administrative oversight and leadership.


• Develop and implement clinical protocols, policies, and procedures to ensure consistent, high-quality care across all locations.


• Oversee the performance of medical staff, including training, mentorship, and evaluations.


• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and administrative staff to optimize patient flow, resource utilization, and overall clinic efficiency.

Qualifications:

Board Certification:

• Required: Board-Certified in Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine.

Experience:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of clinical experience in urgent care or emergency medicine.


• Proven leadership experience in a medical setting, preferably in an urgent care or emergency department.

Certifications:

• DOT (Department of Transportation) Certification preferred but not required.

Licensure:

• Georgia Medical licensure or eligibility for licensure in the state of Georgia.
