We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Urgent Care Physician to fill the role of Medical Director in a hospital-employed, permanent position near Roswell, GA. Position Overview:



  • Role: Urgent Care Physician with Medical Director responsibilities.

  • Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent.

  • Compensation: Highly competitive hourly rate with productivity incentives and additional benefits.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Clinical Duties:

    • Serve as a provider within the clinic, working directly with patients.

    • Schedule includes two 12-hour clinical shifts per week.



  • Administrative Duties:

    • 16 hours of administrative responsibilities each week to oversee operations across three urgent care locations within close proximity.

    • Provide guidance, oversight, and support to clinical teams, ensuring quality standards and efficient operations.




Qualifications:



  • Board Certification: Required in Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or Occupational Medicine.

  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in urgent care or family medicine setting.

  • Specialized Knowledge: Occupational medicine experience is required; DOT Certification is preferred.

  • Licensure: Must hold or be eligible for medical licensure in the state of Georgia.
