This is a new permanent hospital-employed OR private practice position. Although this is a full time position, it is for 30 hours a week with a four day work week. This is a wide open market with no competition as no other Urologists are in town or ;This is a General Adult position including laparoscopic, adult, pediatric, and adolescent work available. This is a solo hospital based employed salary position (or could be private practice). Candidate WILL NOT have to be on call 24/7. Call is 10 days a month. Compensation in the $300K range NET with RVU bonus earning potential. Additionally, full malpractice paid, comprehensive benefits program including major family medical, dental, life, and disability. There is a matching 401K program (up to the first 3%) as well with paid time off. Relocation paid and signing bonus. Position needs to be for someone who can start and grow a  new ; They will have a new office in a new Medical Office Building attached to the hospital. There is no DaVinci Robotic equipment here. Ideal candidate is an experienced practicing candidate who would enjoy working alone (would have mid level support) and who enjoys small town rural living. Great area for fishing, hunting, and outdoor sportsman activities. Excellent support with referrals from the ER and Primary Care Staff and other medical staff members. Acceptable candidates are MD or DO, FMG is fine, however no visa or locums candidates. B/C strongly preferred but could consider B/E for the right candidate. Start date is open and negotiable.
