Requires AZ Medical License
MQSA Certification required
Must read both DX and Mammo
All modalities of DX/Mammography required including - Mammography, MRI, Ultrasound Biopsies, (Stereotactic, Ultrasound and MR guided), and breast needle localizations
Must be able to provide 2 week per month ongoing (Mon - Sun schedule)
