  • Allowed Holidays: New Year's Day, 4th of July, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day

  • Providers Requested: 1

  • EMR System: MediTech

  • Facility Accepts Multiple Providers?: Yes

  • Practice Setting: Inpatient

  • Is Both Inpatient and Outpatient Required?: No

  • Provider Requires Hospital/Surgery Center Privileges?: No

  • Admissions Required?: Yes

  • Temporary Privileges Available?: Yes

  • Is Hospital Stroke Certified?: Yes

  • Patients Per Shift: 20-25

  • Rounding: Unassigned Patients


Practice Details:



  • Coverage Schedule: 7 on, 7 off starting May 27th, consistent schedule for 3-4 months

  • Shift Length: 12-hour day shifts only

  • Night Coverage: Via telemedicine service

  • Average Patient Encounters: 20-25 per day (includes admits)

  • Average Admissions: 5-6 per day

  • Procedures: Intubations managed by CRNAs on-call 24/7, Lines managed by PICC team on-call 24/7 for CVCs; IR available on Tuesday and Thursday, Codes managed by ED with Hospitalist support (when on-site)

  • EMR: Meditech


ICU Details:



  • ICU Beds: 8-bed open ICU

  • Tele-Pulmonary Service: Available 24/7 via video visits


Requirements:



  • Board Certification: Eligible

  • Certifications Required: ACLS, BLS

  • License Requirement: Licensed in OK only

  • Estimated Credentialing Timeframe (Days): 30-60 in clean file
