Job Duties:




  • Primary Care Rounding in SNF:

  • Building Relationships:



    • Build relationships with patients, their families, and facility staff for effective treatment delivery.




  • Medical Director Responsibilities:



    • Provide oversight, guidance, and mentorship to clinicians.

    • Conduct clinical case reviews and share information related to quality of care.




  • External Engagement:



    • Represent TeamHealth externally, establishing and maintaining relationships in the post-acute care community.
