Seeking Experienced CRNAs for Ongoing Opportunities


Are you a dedicated and highly skilled Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) passionate about providing exceptional patient care? We're searching for three experienced CRNAs to join our team in a growing community near Fruitland, ID. These ongoing positions offer flexible scheduling options, including 5 eight-hour days, 4 ten-hour days, or 12-hour shifts, with mandatory weekend call coverage.


Responsibilities:



  • Deliver safe and effective anesthesia care for a diverse patient population undergoing a wide range of surgical procedures.

  • Conduct comprehensive pre-operative assessments, develop anesthesia plans, and administer anesthetics (spinal blocks) under the supervision of an anesthesiologist.

  • Monitor patients' vital signs and physiological functions throughout surgery, ensuring their safety and well-being.

  • Collaborate effectively with surgeons, anesthesiologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to deliver optimal patient care.

  • Manage post-operative pain management and recovery.

  • Maintain accurate and detailed medical records within the EPIC electronic medical record system.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in anesthesia practices and participate in ongoing professional development activities.


Qualifications:



  • Active and unrestricted Idaho (ID) license is required.

  • Current certification as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) is mandatory.

  • Current Controlled Substance Registration (CSR) and Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) registration are required.

  • Minimum of two years of experience in a clinical anesthesia setting is preferred.

  • Strong clinical judgment, decision-making skills, and a comprehensive knowledge base in anesthesia.

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients, families, and healthcare teams in a high-pressure environment.

  • Demonstrated commitment to providing compassionate and high-quality patient care.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic surgical environment.


Schedule:



  • Flexible Scheduling: Choose between 5 eight-hour days, 4 ten-hour days, or 12-hour shifts to accommodate your preferences.

  • Mandatory Weekend Call: Participate in weekend call coverage (one weekend on, one weekend off) with a pager for after-hours emergencies.

  • Weekday Call: Expect at least one weekday call per week.

  • The facility features 17 main operating rooms, 7 dedicated surgical suites, and additional spaces for specialized procedures (cath labs, endoscopy, radiology).

  • The majority of patients are adults over the age of 12.
