Responsibilities:



  • Build Faculty Practice: Develop and lead the faculty practice while refining the curriculum and enhancing individual faculty skills.

  • Patient Care: Deliver exceptional care to patients in the community, serving as a role model for residents.

  • Teaching and Precepting: Mentor and educate family medicine residents, offering guidance and support as they hone their clinical skills.

  • Clinical and Quality Exploration: Investigate core clinical and quality issues to advance patient care and enhance outcomes.

Requirements:



  • Board Certification: Must hold board certification in family medicine.

  • Core Faculty Experience: Preferred minimum of 2 years of core faculty experience or relevant academic leadership experience.

  • Licensure: Possess a federal DEA license with the ability to obtain a TN medical license.
